Blenheim Palace Grounds and Woodstock
Blenheim is the park given to John Churchill, the first Duke of Marlborough, in recognition of his victories in the War of the Spanish Succession. It is also the birthplace of Winston Churchill. It is notable for the Baroque Palace and the Grand Bridge designed by the architect Vanbrugh, together with the Park and lake designed some 50 years later by 'Capability Brown'.
I have been visiting Blenheim all my life, and have taken many photographs of it. I have put my best photos into these portfolios, and I hope you will enjoy sharing them with me.
